Great stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. The lady at reception gave us solid recommendations for walks in the city. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was amazing, with Spanish dishes and tasty options like guacamole.

Noise levels are a significant drawback. high ceilings amplify sounds from the street and other rooms. Some furnishings feel outdated or cheap, which is surprising for a four-star establishment. Additionally, ground floor rooms lack privacy and can overlook less appealing views like parking lots.

My stay was incredible, especially thanks to the spacious room with original details and a huge, comfortable bed. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had everything from hams and cheeses to pastries and even a glass of cava. The hotel's location made it easy to explore the city's historical sites, just a short walk from the iconic aqueduct. However, I did notice that the bathroom could use some upgrades, as it felt a bit worn down.

A commendable fit for a weekend vacation in Segovia with extraordinarily good value for money. I appreciated the complimentary welcome cocktail upon arrival, which was a nice touch after my travels. Bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise from nearby bars.

The Junior Suite was spacious but unfortunately, the noise from the bar outside was unbearable. We barely slept, and it made our stay really tough. They should really address this issue, as many guests had similar experiences. I loved how the room had a great view and large windows, though. Super pretty bathroom with cool amenities, but I just couldn't enjoy it with all that noise.
